i'm not sure if it gives any gains over the ITR exhaust but sure sounds sweet

I also installed the KVR pads (all corners)..although I only took the car around the block...my impression is that it not any improvement (if any) from the cheapo AutoZone $10 pads...with lifetime warranty... oh well..live and learn

If it makes you feel any better, those KVR pads respond very well to heat... around town they feel like anything else, but if you have to get on the brakes on the freeway, you'll notice they start pulling you down harder and harder the longer your foot is on the pedal. Once you get used to them I think they're excellent pads. Probably not up with porterfields or something like that, but I liked them fine for my purposes.

Thanks for the info on the KVR...not a big deal.. I just want to try it anyways..I guess I overly expecting from it.

The muffler is made by Mozart, not Mugen...it's a replica..exact replica...2.5" piping...looks real nice. I don't think Mugen is that much better in quality to tell u the truth (although I've never owned one)..The welding, is great..and for 1/10th (literally) of the price of the real Mugen, I have no complaint...

Gotta love the sound!! Quiet yet deep.

After looking closer I see its whole (d'oh !)

It's $200. It's not crush bending..it's mandrel bend...it's not flat..probably because of the light reflection made it looked that way in the pic...there are several pictures at different angles.

Anyhow, took it to work today..damn it's definately louder than my stock ITR...but not much louder. I was hoping the noise level would the same..I hate noise.

I got it from a guy on Ebay...it's just a muffler..but I found an aftermarket 2.5" catback to go with it at the junk yard for $35. If you want the catback too, it'll be another $200

Mugen muffler itself is $500, so it's only 2/5 of the price, not 1/10.
